Delivery, Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy
Items (depending on stock availability) are normally dispatched by download imediatley after purchase. If you select to receive a CD or other media format for your goods, these will be shipped to you within 5 working days of the order being placed. Any shipments outside the UK will be priced accordingly and you will be advised before dispatch by email of the appropriate charge.
We endeavour to ensure all items advertised on our website are available for immediate dispatch (download). If an item is currently out of stock, this will show on the website and you will not be able to order this item.
You have 21 days in which to return any unwanted goods for a full refund as long as a license key has not been obtained and the software has not been used. In the case of CD's or other posted media, we do not pay the returns postage.
Please return items to address on your email invoice, enclosing a copy of the email invoice. Your payment will be credited within 7 days of the safe return of the goods.
To cancel your order prior to dispatch, contact us. Your card will be refunded if your order has been processed.
