As a website owner I know that customers that have purchased from me in the past are likely to do so again as long as I keep our services fresh in their minds.
We could send out monthly or quarterly newsletters and special offers by post, but this is quite pricey. This is where email marketing is a great way to keep connected with your existing clients at a low cost.
Email marketing, done well, ensures that you stay connected with clients and prospects in the hope that the next time they need the services or products you offer, they will think of you first. Its not SPAM, Spam is unsolicited email which has no relevance to its target.
The key is to promote new products, services and website features using email to again increase website traffic and maintain your organisation's brand within your marketplace.
